
Yoga Basics is a 4 week series designed to get you comfortable taking yoga classes wherever you go. This the the best class for those new to yoga. We will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga pracice, including breath, proper alignment, movement principles and mindfulness practices. This class is useful for those trying to work around injuries, deelop self awareness and refine or start their pracice. This is a 4 week class series. Each class is 90 minutes.
